Systemic Faction
Overview
Systemic Factions track global stats, abilities, and timers that modify the core gameplay ruleset for all players.
Strengths
Systemic Factions will gain their abilities by simply progressing the game. An opponent cannot stop the advance of the Systemic abilities. Systemic Factions don't need to pick and choose where their abilities are used, as their abilities are applied to everything on the Playfield.
Weaknesses
Systemic Factions are fixed to a timer or counter, and a set duration of time their abilities are active. During this downtime, they have no inherent strengths or unique counterplays over other Factions.
