Non-Token
Status effects that are applied from rules and sigil actions.
Invulnerable
The affected card ignores all dealt damage for the duration of the effect.
The affected card ignores all token statuses, and removes any tokens they have.
- Positive tokens are lost as well, and are not restorable.
Used By:
Vulnerable
The affected card is flipped down, and its
is reduced to 1.
All tokens are removed from the affected card.
- Positive tokens are lost as well, and are not restorable.
Used By:
Airborne
The affected card may attack over grounded cards, and can only be targeted by other airborne cards, or grounded cards with a range of 2 or higher.
Used By:
Brainwashed
The affected card cannot be interacted with by its original owner.
The affected card can be interacted with by the user of Brainwash, as if it were a card they owned.
All tokens and effects are cleared from the target card.
The affected card's remaining
is then reduced to 1.
- Apply as many damage tokens as needed to reflect this.

Token Statuses
Status effects applied using a physical token.
Once a token is placed onto the playfield, it cannot be moved, unless specified.
If a card moves onto a cell with a token on it, or a token is placed onto a card, that card becomes pinned until the token is removed.
Toxic

Toxic is a controlled, mobile hazard, which becomes more potent as the number of tokens on the playfield increases. But it is only effective against Units.
At the start of a turn, 1
token may be moved by an attacking player onto another adjacent cell before its effects are applied.
When a
begins a turn on a cell affected by
, deal
to the affected card equal to the number of
tokens currently on the Playfield.
Anytime a card affected by
takes
, deal the same amount to all other cards affected by
.
Burn

Burn is another damaging hazard that is capable of destroying both Units and Structures instantly, but it can spread out of control very quickly.
When a
or
begins a turn on or adjacent to a cell affected by
, deal enough
to destroy the card, then inflict
onto the cell of the destroyed card for 1 turn.
Fear

Fear is an effect applied to Units that causes them to try and flee their position. Sometimes, this can be a fatal mistake.
When a
begins a turn on a cell affected by
, clear the token. Then, the card must be moved 1 cell backwards.
Moving the card will not cost Turn Points, but will consume 1 of the card's available actions for the turn.
A card can only move if it is not pinned.
If the card cannot move backwards for any reason, destroy the card immediately.
Suppressed

Suppression takes advantage of the pinned mechanic to make cards indefinitely stuck in place. While they can still act, they cannot escape.
When a
begins a turn on a cell affected by
, they cannot be retreated.
Suppressed lasts indefinitely, and can only be removed when the card is destroyed, restored, or when the effect is cleared by other effects.
